"Joey was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond several times throughout this home-buying process. We moved from Vancouver Canada to Las Vegas earlier this month. We had an offer accepted on a home here in Las Vegas and a mortgage was secured. We sold our home in Canada, loaded up the U-Haul, and drove over 1300 miles to our new home in Las Vegas. Except, there were some delays in closing. The lender started asking for more info last minute. We were told it would be a couple more days till we could close. So, we got a hotel, parked the U-Haul, put the dog in a kennel, and waited to hear from the mortgage broker. The lender wanted more and more and more. The closing kept getting delayed and then the lender fell through. We started to lose hope, but then Joey found us a private lender last minute and saved us. After 13 nights in the hotel, we were finally able to move into our new home. Joey was right there through the entire process from start to finish. From helping us find a home, to closing. He was always there to answer any questions at any time and didn’t give up when things started getting difficult. I can’t recommend Joey enough, I will definitely be working with this rock-star realtor again."
