Up until TODAY when I got the keys to my new home, there had been a lot of miscommunication & hiccups on the builders end and Joey fought for me, fixing things on the spot!! Joey was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond several times throughout this home-buying process. We moved from Vancouver Canada to Las Vegas earlier this month. We had an offer accepted on a home here in Las Vegas and a mortgage was secured. We sold our home in Canada, loaded up the U-Haul, and drove over 1300 miles to our new home in Las Vegas. Except, there were some delays in closing. The lender started asking for more info last minute. We were told it would be a couple more days till we could close. So, we got a hotel, parked the U-Haul, put the dog in a kennel, and waited to hear from the mortgage broker. The lender wanted more and more and more. The closing kept getting delayed and then the lender fell through. We started to lose hope, but then Joey found us a private lender last minute and saved us.
